Whoa,my scanner actually worked with the new computer this entire time.
I tryed scanning this old thing bout a month ago,never worked.Turns out I didn't have the wire in the right connection.
So anyways,about the picture,beleive it or not,this were notes that I took at an art class I took.The teacher made us practice drawing things.Such as bases,views,characters and all that crap.
Sorry for my profanity.
So in the pic,heres what's going on.As the title suggests,this is DBZ...in the year 3000.

Where a boy named Charlie Kun(Super Saiyan kid) and his Brother(Dionsin,random name((kid with the knife and black hair))).Have discovered the seven dragon balls.His friends are a stickman with a sword named samarai flaphead(LOL),A guy with three hammers(named Eno Wok),and his best friend with two sticks and a skatebored(named ezak...who has a dirty mouth).

Alright,right now,the evil Ironclay(blue turd guy) has taken the dragon balls and is using them to make an evil being of power.Charlie Kun uses his remaining power to go super saiyan.While Eno Wok is about to kill a bug.Charlies little brother is telling him that he can't take chances.But you guessed it,He has no choice.Meanwhile,everyone else is getting ready to fight the blue turd and his Tabuu-ripoff.

Okay,that was probably kinda lame.But sometimes it's better to have a story to a picture than no story to a picture.That does make sense right?

Now the text is kinda hard to read.So here's what they are saying.
Dionsin: Big Bro!
Charlie Kun:Yes little bro,it's time...
Ezak:Yeah b*!?hes!Charlie Kun's gonna PWN you all with his super sain powers!
Samarai Flaphead:Is it time to face the evil?
Eno Wok:First this bug,then the bad guy!
Bug: (thinking)Oh dear.
Power Being:What can I do for you,master?

Well,hope that helps.

Last but not least,i'll also say that another title for this would be "Charlie Brown plus DBZ" but the title "Dragon Ball Z:Future" sounded better.So I added that instead.
